went to dentist yesterday and had another tooth out dentist was amazed at how big the root was and it took a lot of heeving to remove it he showed it to me and yup it was a biggun for sure...took it home but the tooth fairy didnt leave me nothing typical. So its soft food for me for a few days-but how come my brain says that means I can eat icecream...havnt even thought ice cream in months but straight away oh yeah means i can eat ice cream-having yogurt as we speak.

had a nice night out at pub on Wednesday I'll be going again yes yes yes music was good and nice company. best bit is my shift at work is such that I dnt start thrusday until 3.30pm so I can go out wednesday night and it not affect my sleep heheh

got a few chores to attend to today that have been building up, while I was sick. I have mountain of washing to take to laundrette to dry towels and sheets mainly. Small stuff I can put on clothes horse(dnt have a line here) but the sheets and towels go around crn to laundrette $4 a load and its done but will be more toady cause there is at least 3 loads. While washing is cooking I'll shoot to countdown (guess shopping at c/down will feel like being a traitor now like when I got to briscoe or bath and beyond) they have boneless chicken breast on specail and they had none at pak n save yesterday and I forgot to get feta cheese yesterday. Then home to do the mountain of dishes that seem to have appeared on the bench over night where do they come from...

got a linen party tonight just around road so that will be nice to not have to travel to far

at last an up in my life...I got a job, not a wonderful job by any means but it might be the difference between buying food and clothes. I will be a checkout chick at pak'n'save told ya it wasn't glamorous. Go in to sign my paper work and pick up uniform on Monday start tuesday but i will be telling them I am not available to work Nov 18-20 cause I am in Palmerston Nth not missing that for anything.

ok I am out of here off out dancing at local pub with a few gals from singles group, wasnt going to go then thought bugger it y not just cause I only got $7 to my name doesnt mean I have to stay at home and mope.

September 2nd sitting up at 3am because I have the cough from hell and lie down makes me cough more...my throat is so sore from heavy breathing and coughing.

Where am I at otherwise-Well i am living at my girlfriends house. A lovely girlfriend she is to let me live here..she now lives out of town and house was empty. I had a very rough 6mths or so after Alan and I split up and still days when I'd go back if he was to ask, knowing all the time this is toxic and the wrong thing. I miss what i wanted from him(hadn't had it for a long time but still miss it) I also miss Brooke, so arranged a catch up (thru her mother)with her last week when Mum was in town so that was very special and I hope to do it again not often but maybe once before Xmas hell that not far away.

And the weight well i am a size 18 I am weighing in at 97.9 and I am feeling bloody marvellous...some days I still think fat and ugly but nice clothes etc help conquer those thoughts. like tonight I was at a meeting the face heater came on over my head making me cough I got up to sit on another chair (white plastic picnic chair you all know the type we fear) I thought I cant sit in that it will break and then thought ah hello that is the old fat you this you wont break a chair this you there is room in it this you can be comfortable sitting in it without fear.

I had an awesome break...made a lot of dissions main one being ALAN must move out. It just isnt good for me him 'flating'here its kills me I have to get on and over him. So I have told him he has to go he was looking like being a pain about it but he then thought about it and he has said he will go I have given him till end of month to find something. He also has a custdoy hearing mid month that he needs to get over but that isnt my worry I HAVE TO LOOK AFTER ME.

I have no idea how I am going to aford living here alone so best get some more shit loaded on trade me and pick up the linen parties REAL soon. I am mindful this is the problem I had when marriage split up I wrked so much to keep house (and still lost it) that I had no concept of time and food consumption and gained back most of my weight lost.

I have just book to do the Dunedin marathon cool. Moro Marathon is a tough one cause a lot of hills but I have done it before so it can be done. Also going to do Chch city to surf in March (12k) and Chch Marathon in June so I have a challenge for the year.
So havnt got time to be sitting around mopping over broken heart and lost love.

went for a lovely walk along the beach this afternoon...had been to my Eating Councoller and some real deep shit came out bring up some not good thoughts about me and my life so I decided not good to dwell on it or comfort eat which i would normally do I will put it to a good use so the walk along beach it was lovely not many there over cast but still nice little bit of wind. GREAT, then grocery shopping with sandy feet so left my shoes off very not corporate looking but ha i was comfortable and that wat counts.

Have been asked to look after my cousin while his wife goes up nth so that is 3 days in March good money too

was chuffed with myself this morning I booked 3 linen parties into Ashburton for wkend of 12/13 Feb so that cool I'll stay in a motel for the night. I did a wee dance I've got it Iam back i have the buzz...a busy week that one 11th 12 and 13th 4 parties hoping for a $3000 week, might make enough to get the start of my teeth fixed...they r getting REAL bad WILL GO TO DENTIST get the bottom one that has been aching since my birthday out when i get home...the hole is so big it whistles and sounds daft when I am talking.

SCALLOP AND BACON SALAD - I will be making this one I am sure

Ingredients
Dressing Ingredients:

Juice of 3 limes
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp sesame oil
Generous pinch of salt

Salad Ingredients:

130g Krispcut Mesclun and Herbs
1 punnet pea shoots
2 avocados, diced
4 rashers bacon, thinly sliced
20 scallops
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 red pepper, finely sliced
2 tbsp oil
MethodIn a small bowl mix together all the dressing ingredients and set aside.
Arrange the mesclun mix, pea shoots and avocado on a serving platter.
Heat a wide, non-stick frying pan and cook the bacon until lightly browned. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
Add the oil and the scallops and cook until lightly browned on both sides. About 2 minutes each side.
Add the bacon back to the pan with the red onion and red pepper and quickly stir together.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the dressing, stir to coat then immediately spoon over the prepared salad greens and serve immediately.
Serves 4

my appointment is 4.30 this afternoon so have to keep busy today so dnt get all churned up about it...off soon to do groceries that will keep me busy.

yesterday was an introduction I came away less confident though as there was like 22ppl and only 10 jobs so someone is going to miss out. But all my credit and police checks will be cool and my referees so hopefully some of the 22 will be knocked out there somewhere. I like what they said about the job and am SURE I can do it afterall it is customer service and that is what I have done for about 15 years.

have a few ppeople coming around for an impromtue pot luck tea so that will be nice and I am not stressed about it I hav made my stock standard broken glass jelly and also crumbed mushrooms stuffed with blue cheese. House is tidy and I am sitting with my feet up and have just painted my toenails so waiting for them to dry before I go find somehting that i am sure needs doing.

Shouted myself a back shoulder and neck massage on Friday for my b/day also got my face waxeed and new acrylis nails...it was while having massage that I got a phoen call about the...
big news of the week...I have a job interveiw tomorrow at WINZ customer service call centre(glorified telephone answerer but hey it a job) I think I was a bot ambisous with the retail work standing 4 hrs a day near killed me so 40hrs a week would have been the end of me but this will be great. Interveiw tomorrow then go Tuesday to see if I need firther training or can start straigth away or need further training and can under stand there system etc also get security photo taken so I am a little bit excited that that sounds VERY promising.
Got my hair booked for a cut tomorrow at 11.15 after aqua jogging and then tuesday Ngaire and I are off to Avonhead merrin St tavern for tea to either celebrte or comiserte eitherway, I have a free meal coupon for my birthday cause I am a loyalty member. Also got one frm Fox and Ferret so going there on Thursday with mate from Twizel for lunch.

Sunday night having some friends around for pot luck tea so that is going to be awesome and should be lots of fun...happy birthday to me-Sunday I will be 51 ick how things have changed in a year...Alan put on a BBQ last year this year he hasnt even remembered its my b/day last year Anthony and Sarah was over from Aussie (not for my b/day just happened to be same time) now he not even speaking to me,last year I had security this year I have none. ok off that subject it is getting me down.

Just had a call from my eating councillor so made an appointment for tomorrow morning so a busy day tomorrow (just as well today is a quiet one) pool at 8.30 councoller at 10.30 face waxing and head shoulder and neck massage(my bday present to me) at 2 and acrylic nails at 4 groceries on way home. I am house sitting for my girlfriend so a bit of releif from the pain and pressure..but it has to be done I have to ask Alan to leave my home. He is communicating with smut and I cant deal with that. That filth in my home isnt appropriate and guess what he couldnt stop when we were in a partnership and he supposedly loved me he isnt going to stop ever. So i have to ask him to leave. well it has been a while since I posted but there has been a reason.
I havent had anything positive to say and still dont for that matter.

I came back from Palmerston North and was slapped in the face with a wet fish well felt like it....to be told I wasnt in a relationship any more he decided it was over. Ok yup I know that for the best no longer under the influence of the cheating lying prick but still hurts still miss him at night still blame myself.

We have stayed in the flat until Xmas as such because we had told Brooke father christmas was going here with her presents and to close to change her thoughts without confusion the kid has very little stability in her life. It was bloody hard I tell you trying to pretend happy families. i had bought heaps of stuff for brooke for christmas but only gave her 3 parcels and her santa sack (which contained mostly stuff I had bought) the rest will be placed on trade me and i'll get my money back. Now I dnt know where we go from here...I cant afford to live here on my own(actually not sure I can afford to live any where) So financially staying flatting makes sence but oh it is hard. Knowing he is txting and emailing someone else over 600 txt in 5 days tell me that is innocent and harmless friend ship.

IN PALMERSTON north 20th nov jumped on scales first time since mid October and i was 123.4 then and had been stuck there exactly there not .3 or .5 exactly .4 and today I clocked in at drum roll please 118.2 how cool is that under 120 a week ahead of schedule and and by heaps I am so thrilled.

We have been helping my fiend Ngaire shift house today long story and to tired to go there tonight but just lets say we started at 7.30 this morning and Alan is still moving stuff about in the dark, of course the stuff he is moving now is our crap that has bee cluttering up the garage since we move it all here in Febuary and I wasnt allowed to touch so i am not helping I am digging my toes in. I cooked a yummy roast chicken dinner (cooked in over bag and so very tender and moist I think I have it mastered) Ngaire came for tea only left about an hour ago think she was to tired to go home...when she did I rushed around did my Saturday chores even more need to get them done this week as I am a working gal now and away next wkend I will be pushed to cover my tracks.

right I best go show some interest in how the garage looks actually he has done a bloody great job and it looks nice and tidy even if we still cant get the car in at least i can get to stuff.

shot down to Twizel on Wednesday back Friday short but sweet.

We rented a house as Mum is still very sore and not moving much after her hernia op, actually we didnt even tell them we were coming so a nice surprise for then and no fussing and baking etc on her part.

House was lovely we took Brooke with us so was nice to have a 'family' holiday.

I had a nice day today went to Farmers, Sharon got a top last week but some how ended up with a 14 when she got home not a 18 she needed so I changed it for her, Aso grabbed couple tops each for us on sale.

and a skirt for me black stretch with red tape and buttons very smart. will get the blouse to go with it next week.

then TS 14 grabbed a white basic essential white body tee...peeved off there casue they have a another girl started, i applied for a job there earlier this year but I am guessing she is young so therefore cheaper wages oh well that is there loss. I would have no doubt spent all my wages instore but hey that is life.

I also went across the road to check out the outfit I want to get for the wedding in December, I thought well i will try it on just to see how much I have to loose for it to fit size 16 after all when was I last a size 16 heavan knows...guess what I fitted it snuggly i will admit but also still had my jeans on and a skivvy so I can safely say it will look amazing in December...now I need the money to pay for it bought a lotto ticket in hope. Then I went visit my friend Ngaire she has had some more shitty news the flat she moved into in Feb then was burgled a couple mmonths back has now been put on market she was told to be sold with sitting tenant...only to be told today that it is likely it has been sold but the new buyer wants to live in it. She is thrown by this and really just lost as to what she can do...we will ring Tenancy group on Monday. Her rental agency she deals with didnt even know falt was on the market, great communication.

Aan mowed her lawns and did edges for her so looks nice and tidy...Ngaire planned to heave her gutt out doing it so nice we could do it for her.

Home in time to cook a yummy Thai Beef Salad for tea handled the sald fine first I have had since surgery.

wednesday I got an invitation from Team Hutchenson Ford/farmers fashion show presented by Lisa oneil (she is going to be at the WLS conference I am going to in November) EXCELLENT presentator entertainer from woe to go laughed and realated to a load she said.
My girlfriend from Twizel came up for it I picked her up from bus stop at 5.30 show started at 6.30 drinks and nibbles were devine then Lisa
We got home about 10.30 nattered for an hour or so and bed...I never felt any but Sharon felt souple of after shocks
Friday we were out by 9 did the shops classic clothing then the palms dowsons shoes farmers millers then tower junction ezibuy postie plus classic clothing again lunch at speights ale house onto Riccarton Westfields mall, meet another old twizel friend Lyn...farmers-booked an appointment for a make up make over for 14th october need tips and hints on wat to do for make up.. glasson k&k ts14+ indentity then a much needed sit and a cuppa(actually I had a mixed berry smoothy it was devine) left Lyn at mall her hubby had arrived to pick her up it was after 5 briscoes then back to palms farmers to hope to get a top they didnt have at riccarton but although there computer said they have 4 in stock couldnt find them..hoome at 7.50 bushed...made home made hamburgers and much needed coffee talked till about 10 again then bed.
up early for Sharon to be at bus by 9am
home after grocery shopping and then tidy house for Adorbella Jewellery party here.
last guest left about 4.30 Alan came home from wrk and we had night in watching Lord of the Rings 1 and 2 finished with 3 tonight.
Sunday WLS support meeting here in Chch last Sunday of month great group of gals(1 ladies hubby came kevin is a real card and joins into all the conversations) had a lovely time catching up chatting and supporting each other. i wore some brown capri pants and tee with my new belt I bought last week at westfields look pretty darn smart even if I do say so myself. Home just after 5. it was such a glorious afternoon I desided to go for a walk so took some bread for ducks and went over to the lake feed the ducks 3 families of duckling so cute. Then wnet around the block blosson tree lined streets and magnolias to enjoy didnt seem like exercise at all...even managed to bend over and smell some fressias. When I got home (30mins) Alan and I shot over to his dad's then home for tea made mac cheese for him and cauli flower cheese for me yum
and as I said watch last of lord of rings.

it is now 11.46 and I am off to my bed another busy day tomorrow picking up my friend from airport at 8am breakfast at Mega Watt cafe then she is off to a meeting and I have several things need to do but i think I have a free afternoon as such but I want to make some calls for linen I am getting back into working in October. If any of you know any people in Christchurch area that can help me out by introducing me to them to show my linen i would be eternally grateful.

I have had an awesome afternoon-went over to Westfield mall for a fashion show
Great - Long wait becasue i wanted to be 1 of the 100 first there to get a gift bag of goodies and good prize it was too..lots of beauty products and perfume samples along with vouchers for stores promoted in the show(of interest to me is of course 20% of at u guessed it TS14 heheh not that I'll be buying anything there for a while have a layby to pay off from my last visit.EDIT well that didnt last long-was lying in bed thinking about my day and thought ah i could use that 20% voucher for the white body t I need so next week I'll grab one of them 20% is better in my pocket and it is an essential item not a luxury.

Some really neat out fits I like the 'Touch of Blush' look for the spring summer but that being said I did spied a GORGEOUS out fit that I am going to put on layby and it is very bright and out ther try and post a photo(not the best of photos but ya get an idea of the colours the blue is a indigo chiffon crinkle then bright flower under dress and tangarine over jacket also in that crushed look ($600) not so bad if ya say it fast..have a wedding to go to in Dec and it would be PERFECT.

I WON A SPOT PRIZE OF $50 vouchers so bought a nice belt from K&K, COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone not sure I have EVER worn a belt certainly not funky one like this. I also put my name down for the capri's and t in the pic with the belt they dont arrive in until next month, to complete the outfit and they had 20% off for the night so I bought a nice black and red tunic with $90 from a sale of jewellery I had early in the day.

Only thing is it sort of doesnt fit in with the 'I AM NOT BUYING ANYMORE CLOTHES' mantra I am suppose to be living by heheh
Tomrrow I am back to Westfield again for the second part of the workshop 'Fashions to look Fabulous over 50' now that will be interesting and that is when I will make the final dession on the wedding number, I might find something I like even better. i also want to know how to dress casual and still look great, guess that will come woth ever decreasing body.

I am whacked 3 good aftershocks last night so another broken sleep so my bed is calling me

hey all just thought I'd pop in and say howdy.
i havent done much today pottered really listed afew things on trade me added more to my watch list done some house work had a nice wee visit from Miss Brooke earlier that was nice to hear her giggle. They have had to move out of there shack because of damage caused by the earthquake so Miss Brooke is feeling fragile and disoriented.

My man is out mowing the lawn it is threatening rain so home he gets it finished before the weather breaks. nice to see the freshly mowed lawns. he goes tomorrow for final interveiw for a new job he is so over working with people he is a bus driver and all this hassles with the earth quake has beeen the last straw for him...sum just cant understnad the city centre is closed no they cant be taken thru to see the damaged caused-not even just this once. Some folks are thick.

i have a stupid chest infection that has been giving me hell again since thursday hope the antibiotic and prendizone kick in soon so over being sick this has been my wrst year ever for chest infections and broncitis.

I go to see the surgeon on tuesday for my 3mth check up i am happy with how things are progressing for the most part so hope he is. Disapointed that I am on steriods again that will hinder my weight loss but had to be done.

off to make my man a coffee think he deserves it after doing such a spendid job of the lawns heheh

Broken sleeps are taking there toll
Went for a drive to Riccarton and Merivale yesterday it is really bad around there LOTS of business will not reopen. Alan got caught on lytleton side of port this mornign cause we had anoter big shake and it was centred near lyttleton so they had to close the tunnel for a couple hours till it was checked for any damage
I made a batch of scones this morning bread is very scarse so made scones trouble is I have eaten 3 comfort food or tired and lacking will power

woke at 4.3oish this morning to the worst earth quake I have ever felt and lots of after shocks still worse than some felt too not the plans I had for today I can tell you. A lot of damage around but personally all I have damage wise is my meat platter has a chip from a bottle falling out of cupboard VEERY luck. need sleep though so might go for a nana nap think it is acceptable when thrown out of bed at that hour.

Have had a hellish busy month some days I dnt get home until bedtime...wish I was making money while I was so busy but it all social pretty much.
Weight is dtill coming off-well I guess it is havent weighted in a while but probably tomorrow. My clothes are all getting loose so that is wat I am going by.
Time to get out the next size clothes and list some more on trademe, when I get some money on my trade account that is.
hightlight of my week is that I have got my tickets to go to Palmertson nth for the WLS meet and greet in November I am stoked I was beginning to think I wasnt gonna get there-but now I can say I AM GOING.

What do you think of a bloggers reunion it has been over 3 years since we had the one at Chris H in P/N and I think it is high time we had another. How does March 2011 in Chch sound for everyone. I dnt have a lovely big house like Chris did but sure we could come up with a venue somewhere. What do you all think as I dnt have many blogers on my list of favourites I'd have to be reliant of others spreading the word.

have had a nice sunday almost quiet even-had a sleep in til 9.30 then up and over to pick up Brooke Alan and I took her to the cemetry it is Alan mum memorial tomorrow 14yrs since she died in his arms still rips his heart every day. Then we went around to see his Dad. And my Mum is in Chch this week, it is her birthday on Tuesday, so took Brooke to see Grandma Margaret for half an hour. Now home in the quiet the sun is streaming thru the window but a bitter cold wind I was thinking about a walk but to be honest I am pooped ad think the rest will do me as much good.

Alan and I are going to the pictures tomorrow night going to see Salt-Angelina Jolie should be good got cheap tickets off the computer $4 each

right I am off now to enjoy the quiet and the sun hope it wont be another month before I get back to right more.

and guess what I have a friggen chest infection and feel like shit...I am not having a July like last year I am not.
I had been feeling good earlier in week even had some energy and the will to do stuff I thought yeapee I am getting there then got hit in the head with this bloody infection. Stuff it.

Beautiful sunny day I would love to go for a walk may go later for a wee one when it warms up a little but the arranged walk with the CHCh WLS support group was out of the question becasue it was like -2 and cold air makes me cough on a good day...the idea of staying snuggled under the blankets had far more appeal.

Had the personal trainer around on Thursday 6weeks post op...she has given me an exercise program and I can go back to the aqua jogging again so was to start tomorrow ah not gonna happen now. So will start that again next week. I am also going back to the breathing exercises on a tuesday that I started last year.
But the exciting part of the trainer visit for me was my measurements 41cms lost from my body...best results was hip 11 cms and greatest for me was top of arm 4 cms my arm fat has always been a thing for me.

We were to go out to Alan work socail last night but because we r both under the weather we didnt go I was really looking forward to us going out together we havent been out socailly since we mored to Chch except for my family stuff. Would have been nice to go out as a couple..and I had a dress I wanted to show off hehehe another time.

Ok I am off to make myself a hot lemon drink with honey and take a couple of panadol.

not sure to be honest.

last few days I have felt like crap almost everytime I eat anything(just had cheese and pineapple sandwich and strangly enough am ok) it goes back to Saturday I had what I thought was going to be chicken and corn soup but it was chowder extremely creamy and dreadfully rich and I was ill for hours afterwards and pretty much ever since. Ialso have had these stupid pains in my head (had them before surgery) SHARP pains in right side of head above my ear only last a few seconds but horrid and painful been to GP and she said might be my neck out going to pysio on Friday which in itself is fine casue my neck is always sore but cant see that is why I am getting the pain in my head.
Tired all the time. Did bugger all today went with my friend for lunch was her b/day then went to laundrette to dry some washing weather has been dreadful and then home and I fell asleep in my chair watching the news. God tomorrow I am on the go from 9 till late have a meeting tomorrow night so cant see me home b4 10 and I will be whacked.

I still get a bit woozy but have been told that could last for a few months.
Today is the first time I am going to drive I just havent felt confident (not saying I feel any more confident today but I have to do it some time)
Have been for some lovley walks went to Sumner on Saturday with some WLS girls. was a glorious day and so warm the sea looked so nice. We had a coffee then wnet our seperate ways (this is going to be a weekly walk) Then we met at Dee for a delish meal...she made chicken and corn soup then beef goulash and cauliflower mash and potatoe gratin and then jelly and fruit salad...all in little WLS sized bowls it was all very nice and company was nice. We also watch a couple of programs that Deb had taped from some American series. We left about 10.30...got home to find I was locked out gggrr sneaking around trying to wake Alan in the freezing cold I wasnt impressed.

I wore my outfit I bought in aussie(I wore it to the Linen Conference but didnt feel at all comfortable in it cause it clung to every roll and flabby bit. But on Sat night I felt really good in it and yeah it still clung alittle to my hips but was WAY looser, I also wore sandles with heels and topped it all off with my black coat which I havnet worn for 2 winters AND I FELT LIKE A QUEEN got lots of beautiful compilments.

Got visitor arrived so will get back to this later

Well this afternoon has been another rollercoaster of a ride. I am just back from the doctors(my gp this time) Had another fainting session just b4 Alan went back to wrk after lunch so promised him I would make an appointment...we decided that maybe I can cut some of me meds down-so cut out my fluid retention pill altogether,after all I have ankles again and cut my bl/pressure pill in half. While they were taking my standing bl/pr I was near to passing out-felt bloody queer. my bl/pr was 128/78 which is pretty darn good for someone who had a bl/pr 195/98.
Also got a high five from doc as to the latest weight loss.
Need to be more vidulant with my food timetable I am not eating when and what I am suppose to be. I am drinking plenty of fluid but a glass of cold water hasn't got the punch SO FOLLOW THE PROGRAM.
A warning to me and too those yet to have there surgery.

WARNING WARNING WARNING
Think it was Rosie asked if there was anything that were surprises and unexpected. Well boy have I got a story for you all.
As I said in my last post last night I hadnt had any pain relief so had my normal liquid panadol as usual. But a couple of hours later I was in some real discomfort and pain so got up walked around thinking wind but nothing shifted. So had one of the other painkillers perscribed by surgeon when needed.
DONT DONT DONT DONT
Sat up for about 20 mins just to make sure I didnt react to them huh. felt a bit woozey so headed to kitchen had a drink of water and back to bed...recall falling against hall wall (bruise on right temple). Next I knew albeit very foggy, was Mum leaning over me Felicity Felciity what has happened...I tried to reasure her I was ok...in the distance I could hear Alan talking to 111. I rolled to my side cause I was flat on my back into the recovery postion and had no intentions of trying to get up...mum put a pillow under my head, covered me with a blanket and a bucket cause I was feeling sick cold and sweating. I knew I had had the pill etc but when first coming too didnt know where I was etc.
Ambulance came I was still very groggy and out there but not as bad but it was decided to Public Hospital for me. what an effort to get me off the floor and onto the stretcher, but the ambulance boys were absolutley fantastic not any oh god this fat tart or anything. Getting me out of the flat was another challenge but it happened (glorious starry night well early morning by then cause it was after 1 I think) in ambulance checked my vitals again although improved a little still not perfect. Did the normal checks along way any pain etc I siad my neck and shoulder was sore and I felt sick again. So stop and put a neck brace on and anti nausea stuff yuk that on an empty tummy is vial. Alan was following in car so I was worried if he seen the ambulance had stopped he would be panicing.
got to hospital VERY nice nurse (Stevie) she and others tended to me and eventually a doctor came just on four but by then by back neck bum knee and anything else had started hurting from lying flat on my back on the hard bed.
The brunt of it is I am ok other than bruised on my right temple and and left forehead. And jolly tired

The verdict: the pill perscribed from surgeon is a tad strong when have had nothing except fluid for a week (in reality preop wasnt hell of a lot of bulk either)
Panic over but feel like s***.

A coninciedence there was an other lady a cubical or so along from me had by pass same day as I did and in for similar reason..she took the pain releif for shoulder pain

So please GALS AND BOYS still to have ya surgery BE VERY AWARE of the Medications whether perscribed or otherwise that u take we r very vounerable

week two

post op into week two

doing well, feeling pretty good, still tired sometimes-went for a lie down at 11.30 woke about 1pm. Had visit from my aunt which was nice then after she left Alan and I went for a drive shot over to pick up a parcel from post office(letter box to small for the mail) Countdown for bread and milk type grocery items then over other side of town to pick up a trade me deal for Alan some work boots and home thru peak traffic so a long ride home. Silly me didnt think to take a drink bottle so need to get some fluid back into me.

Most of my sticky tape is off my incisions and they r looking great. Some cant even see where they r already...bruising is starting to go a pretty shade of yellow.
Cant wait to go to the surgeons on Tuesday to see what the scales say would like to think I have a 10k loss but will take what ever. My feet and legs and hands are SO thin not a speck of water retention to be seen most of swelling in tummy has gone and I am sure I can feel a thinner area in my back area.

Sitting at the dinner table tonight while Mum and Alan were eating a scrummy looking meal of Corned Silverside, mustard, cabbage, carrots and onion white sauce I sat drinking my cup of homemade vege and chicken soup it was delish too. Still coping with the fluids ok.

Tomorrow we r heading over to Riccarton tomorrow to make a payment on my layby at TS14+ (funny tommorrow they have a sale starting how coninsudental that I should need to go tomorrow hehehe)then a warrant (much overdue warrant) for my mighty rav registration is due on the 6th.

Hello all I am back I am well and I am feeling bloody MARVELLOUS

Thursday morning came and I went to the pool as normal hell wat else could I do.
weighed in at pool 147.9
checked into Southern Cross Hopital at 11am did the normal paperwrok etc.
Called up to Theatre at 3 scrubbed me down put my 'stockings'on and rolled me into theatre and from there and I have no more memory until I woke back in my room...vomitting. The nurses trying to get my blood pressure sorted and it was up 195/96 a little high hehehebut they got a LARGE cuff from recovery, I finished dry reaching realised where I was sure didnt come too in recovery if I did I dnt remember. My partner was sitting waiting (the surgeon had rung him about 6pm to say all was cool and completed and I did every thing I was suppose to and he did every thing he was there to do)Alan bought me up a beautiful bunch of fressia..my favourite flowers(well that is until daffodils are out in flower anyways) I was settled into the High Dependency Unit and all the moniters etc where attached. I slept pretty well and comfortable woke about 2.30 hard bed was makign my but sore so I rung the bell they disconnected me from the bits and went for a short walk and then to loo and back to bed via a wee sniff at my flowers. and then slept again till 6.30 so a good night. Woke with no pain (other than my butt) I was on liquid panadol they offered me morphine but really didnt need it.
Mid morning I was taken down for an xray to make sure my tummy was sealed etc had to swollow this horrid coloured liquid to show up on the xray and lay flat on the xray bed ouch my tummy spasimed with excrusiating pain and they had to left me up a bit...everything looked great so back to my room no more HDU becaue of the pain I took the 1mil of morphine. Snoozed off and on all Friday had several txts and phone calls and a visit from Alan in his lunch break and a friend in the afternoon , she had her gastric sleeve done 6 wks ago and several short walks...but really most I remember for day was snoozing. Alan called back again at 7.30 on his way home from work stayed a while think I nodded off couple times so he went home for his tea and I settled for the night.
Woke couple times thru night up for toilet etc but a comfy sleep.
Surgeon came thru about 9.30 and I could go home if i wanted but as Alan didnt finish wrk till 2.30 he was more than happy for me to stay till then. had an optifast thru the course of the morning and held that fine and sips of water.
Discharge and scrips etc handed over jumped on scale 146.4 a loss of 1.5 in couple days how cool, that being said I have NO swelling in my feet and hands from resting so that will equate for the weight loss but good all the same.
Packed and ready to leave when Alan arrrived ...went to after hours pharmacy to get scripts then home to nice warm house. Had a rest then up for optifast tea and pills.
Slept like a log again
Sunday was the Chch weight loss surgery support group I had planned to go with my friend who is 6wks post op but she was feeling a bit jaded so got another friend to take me got there about 1 and stayed till just after 3 feeling a bit tired Ngaire took me home about 4 and I went to bed for a snooze till about 6. Alan had taken all the wet laundry to the laundrette because it had rained CONTINUOUSLY all week...laundrette was flat out but eventually he got the washing dried.
Then Alan went over to pick Mum up from the bus she and Alan had the most scrummy looking scrambled eggs for tea. I think we went to be about 9.
Monday(today)up about 9 optifast for breakfast yum yum (not) had a visitor about 11 she stayed till 1ish then I went with Mum to the supermarket got veges etc and home lay down for a while.Had a delish tea(had made pumpkin soup pre op froze into 1 tbls into mini muffin pans) 1tbs pumpkin soup thinned to approx 1/2 cp with vege water from Mum and Alan tea(silver beet pumpkin and carrots) didnt eat/drink all but what I had was yummy. Have been drinking LOADS of water weak black tea and hot water with lemon juice. Am able to have slightly bigger sips now but being careful not to gulp. A lot of wind both ends but other than that I FEEL FANTASTIC.

tomorrow is the day. I still plan to go to the pool in the morning hey what better way to keep my mind occupied then I have to be at the hospital at 11am and do the sit and wait thing and i am so OVER waiting, but this wait will be worth it all.

Got a quietish day today pool soon and then I guess I'll need to go to the laundrette again dry another HUGE load of towels. This afternoon I need to sort spare room in prep for Mum coming on Sunday...just need to shift the bed it is under the drafty window so cant shut drapes at night ok for the summer but not this time of year.

Right best make a move get my togs etc ready...will take laptop to hospital so hope to post Friday c u all then

Monday

Went to sleep clinc for a check and they were very pleased with my results...first visit I had stopped breathing 48times on an average per hour mondy the machine read it at 4 times per hour anything below 5 is normal...still have to be on the cpap machine until after surgery

Paid the Southern Cross for my surgery...it takes just as long to spend $22,500.00 by online banking as it does to spend 22.50 very sad. And oh my bank looks very sick now.

Tuesday
pool 8 then took a HUGE load of towels etc to laundrette to dry think there was 23 towels..I know i was digging very deep into the back of the linen cupboard to find any for the pool etc. But 4 towels a day doesnt take long for them to pile up again.

then at 2 I went for a 2 hour pamper session and beauticans facial pedicure and manicure a mothers day special and I decided I deserved the treat $99 well spent I say.

Wednesday

Pool at 8 as usual.
I had a linen partty for the lady who sell the adorabella jewellery (I am having another adorabella party on Monday if anyone wants anything www.adorabella.co.nz) some really lovelyy stuff. Good party so that was nice 2 bookings for when I am back on deck in July have 4 parties in first week back think best have any more booking in the next week and just take it slowly. Working again Saturday and that is last till post op.

Thursday

pool at 8am aquajogging steam room and spa great stuff...dnt know if it does mew any good but I enjoy it and stuff anything else. have decided once I get back on my feet post op I will go down and just go in steam room until my wounds heal enough to get into the pool and spa
later
couple mates and I went to Merivale looking for a shop that had been recommended to us but we couldnt find it so went to Dress mart out Hornby nothing there said I had to buy it so headded to Warehouse got a few tshirts etc and some little ramkin dishes for cooking in post op. Then dropped one friend off and other mate and I went over to Eastgate to meet up with another blogger at macD and had coffee and catchup...home at 7.30 BUGGERED

Friday

another long day but this morning was bliss went to pool at 8am and away at nearly 11.30. like a little wrinkly drowned rat but it was great. Managed to go in the whirly pool thing a big achievement for this chick. Came home had drink with my man on his lunch break then out again. Went and did some visiting then doctors to organise my gym/pool membership post op(I so love the sound of that
post op...post op..it is gonna happen after all the hiccups...post op) then super market browsed around the Palms Mall for a while, couldnt find cheap fish oil tabs must get them tomorrow when I am out.
But found the most amazing thing god I have lead a sheltered life...frozen mashed potato, little wee fingers of frozen mashed potato flick a few in a bowl zap ém and a bit of gravy out of a tin (never seen anything of the likes there before either). Will be ideal post op (there it goes again) when I am aloud something more solid I thought I am not gonna mash 1/2 a flippin spud and make up a pan of gravy well u could have knocked me down with a feather. Also got some of that tinned chicken not fussed on the chop chop brand so will give the watties one a try.
Tuna Bake in the oven and smells darn good I was VERY naught when preparing it and had some edam cheese god it tasted GOOOOD.

Hair cut at 10.30 tomorrow meeting my cousin for coffee at 1.45 and linen party at 3 then Brooke is coming over to open her birthday presents she will be 4 on Sunday but Alan cant get her that day. So another busy day and think I will have to miss the pool...oh well even I deserve a day of 'rest' if that is wat ya call it.

not that I am having much of that first night was murder machine was just so uncomfortable there is no noise as such but just discomfort and the bloody nose piece keeps condesating up and so when I move all the water goes up my nose, I rung the clinic they said oh u moght need a wrap for the hose, so back into the flippen hosptial and got a wrap had blood test while there for my thyroid a new thing the surgeon wants to check HE IS NOT FINDING AN OTHER BLOODY PROBLEM and I am adimant about that. The wrap made no differnece at all still condensation but did have a little more sleep.

The GREAT news is that my brother has offered me the money and I just pay it back at $50 a week which is wat the bank payments would have been...I did send an application for NOVA but as yet as they had so many applications they hadnt been able to say yeah or nah but I dnt need it now.

So 27th May is the date and u try and stop me...start pre op diet tomorrow so optifast and veges for 2 weeks and this time 2 weeks from now I am going to be nill by mouth and very nervous heheheh

I went to bank on Thursday to get a 5000 personal loan because these extra tests have cost me a fortune and i am sort few pennies for my op...the brunt of it is they turned me down...suggested I get partner to go joint loan but am not doing that. Have spoken to Mum to go guantor she is coming thru on Sunday for a week so hope we can sort out something, I could groval to an aunt who dripps money but would rather not. My friend offered to put up her car as callateral but that will never happen. I will go with out the op rather than do that.

Tomorrow as I said Mum and Dad r coming to Chch they r staying with my brother...he has bought a new house and they r coming to tidy there garden. Mum had planned staying on to look after me but will go back now and we will play that by ear.

We are off out to dinner at the local Workingmens Club for tea. My partner and his daughter are taking me out to picnic lunch for mothers day so that will be nice and I dnt plan on lifting a finger to prepare anything.

Monday morning 11.15 I have an appointment with the sleep clinic and will get my cpap machine thankfully partner can come with me and show me all what to docause I wont understand it all...and will HATE the mask on my face.

Monday night I have a meeting for my linen...great time to become a consultant as the rewards have got even bigger

Wednesday catchin up with a friend from Twizel Mum and my friend Ngaire r coming too...Mum knows M from church and Ngaire lived next door but 1 when she lived in Twizel so it will be another wee reuinion. Wed my uncle is having surgery on his back one of those if u dnt have it u will be crippled for life but if u do have it u still might be crippled but we have to try. So somewhere I guess we will have a catch up with them.

Thursday I have linen party then a meeting at 8pm

Friday Linen in afternoon and a jewellery party in evening. a booking from the party I had last month...it is out at rangiora might see the consultant and grab a ride with her. got a call this afternoon from my breathing specailist vertic is yes to sleep apneia so need the cpap machine oh joy cant even stand listening to any one breathing and now I am going to be darth vader all night and from that I am suppose to sleep better..joy of joys

but the real joy is that my surgery is being moved again by a couple of weeks...at this rate I wont have had the bloody surgery before November 20th.

had my appointment with personal trainer this morning it was GREAT she had me do steps for 3 minutes to see my fitness level-take it at your own pace this isnt a race and we r not here for u to die or throw up, she said. So I am stepping away when she said that is a minute I said u sure it wasnt 10 yrs, pumped away stepping said I think I'll quit at 2 minutes she said ok that fine u have 10 seconds...so i said oh if that the case I'll hold out till 2.5 minutes and I did..sat down while she took my heart rate again.. it was 116, from resting of 72. She said pretty good effort...I was puffing but not whezzing so my breathlessness was work related not asthma related, and I was pretty much recovered in the time she took my heart rate.

AND GUESS WHAT my fitness level was NORMAL how cool is that.

She couldnt see what the other surgeon problem was why he wouldnt do surgery why he didnt just suggest I do a bit of swimming or what ever to improve my respritory system.

but NORMAL wow that blew me away.

a month ago I had the rug pulled out from under me by surgeon saying my health isnt good enuff to have life saving surgery and today I have been told my fitness is NORMAL.

ps heard from Ts14 didnt get the job but hey that ok will try somewhere else after I have had surgery. there loss.

caught up with friends made pretty good food choices even ordered an entree meal when out for dinner. Had 1 glass wine all time away rest time drunk soda water....went for drinks and nibbles friday night and took carrot,celery and cougette sticks and raspberries out of Mum garden...snacked on those while others nibbled on pesto, chips and cheese etc, the pesto did smell good though.

Ring to get results of sleep apniea tests today. WLS surgeon rung last week and said if i have S/A then he wants me on the machine for at least 10-14 days b4 op...so need to get the ball rolling REAL fast.

And tomorrow I have a job interveiw and ts14+, 10am, just casual work but would be great to be right there at the front line when the new releases come on board...guessing my wages would be gone on clothes but still it would be fun.

ok must get organised for the pool.

Suppose to be in Twizel by now but still at home cause things changed about 3 this afternoon.

Firstly this morning I went to the pool for an hour at 7.30 weighed in while there and clocked in at 145.3 which is atotal of 15.1 k gone pre op Had a lovley spa after aquajogging but only for 15 mins not the usual 30 because needed to get home showered and changed for a beautican appointment face wax and pedicure...felt good to be pampered and a wee bit of a wind down things have felt like a merry go round of later. Next appointment was at 11.45 at the surgeon a new one Mr Richard Flint at Southern Obesity Surgery, Alan came to. Flint just couldnt understand why the other fella wouldnt do the surgery...the breathing results lung xray and blood results are all normal...yeah so I have asthma dah so do a lot of other patients...if Kelly thinks he is only gonna operate on healthy obese people he is in for a shock.

So all went well with surgeon opertation is set down for 13th May...all good there.

Went to lunch along the road cause had another appoinment at same office 1.5 later not enough time to shot home really...had a yummy salad for lunch and shouted myself a diet coke.

Back to next appointment at 2pm and things went a bit topsy tervey around that time. The breathing specialist was also very satisfied with results he had. xray was fine, chest was clear when he listened, the breathing test down last month was good enough that he didnt want another one done, lung capsity good..oxygen levels great, yeah so I have a bit of asthma well that is possibly weight related, I said that is what I hae said all along.

Then the bombshell hit...sleep apneia he asked me the stock standard questions I have been asked before I knew the right answers to give but that is just lieing and after all it is my health we are playing with here which equates to my life. So u guessed it he wants me to do sleep tests...I have a smaller version of the sleep test machine for the night will drop it into the clinic tomorow on way out of town. they will then contact the sleep clinic at public and hope I can get all done on the cheap..he was mindful of the cost of surgery, which I appreciate greatly. So staying home another night.

Been to supermarket and got salad mix for tea as I have already packed everything into chilli bin and cant be tossed unloading it again. Going to be a little leaniant with optifast diet for a few days will stil do it but like tonight having a little salmon with my salad...I dnt think I'll hold out for 6weeks al up

I am whacked and am sure will go into a deep sleep tnight...could go to bed now if truth be known and it not 7 yet.

Cant decide if I'll go to pool tomorrow if I do it will have to be at 7 to be home and fed b4 8.30 when we r leaving for Twizel.

Alan still doesnt know I am still home cause he left his phone at home today wont that be a nice surprise for him

I went to Riccarton Mall today for an erand for Alan and the shop was right next to TS14 and I just couldnt help myself...

bought a top/jacket, a cardi,(in paprika not green just a sample colour) a skivy thing and pair of slacks...how gorgeous is this paprica colour

dont panic Janene I bought them in a medium and size 20 pants

went and visted a friend yesterday who just had a seeve suregery on Thursday wow she looks amazing hardly think she has had surgery. She came home today and will go and see her on Monday and talk sleeve options verse by pass...so will be good to hear from a differnet option want all avenues researched before Tuesday. She is so amazing really pushing the surgeon to go for my op, if it is up to her it will happen.

Went to pool this mornign with Alan was very nice we were there at 7 an hour aqua jogging then 30 min in spa...beautiful Then home for him to get to work and bugger it his car woruldnt start so I had to take him to work hense being in Riccarton area.

Then over to Parkland 20k the other side town to get my hair coloured and cut very pleased although was wondering wat it would look like. The colour of the product for foils was raspbery pink and I thought oh well it will be noticable but no it is VERY sutle andI am very happy with it.

Then back over to other side town pick up Alan from wrk. Then pick Brooke his daughter up stop at vege shop. Then home Alan tried to jump start car but nope it wasnt budging so we tow started it and away it went.

now it time to cook tea...they r having BBQ sausages and patties me I am having optifast and salad.

This morning I went for a weigh in at the old surgeon cause they are the only scales I have recently used and guess wat preop optifast diet for 5-6days(cant remember) but a loss of 12.4k

yeap u read it right 12.4 bloody kilo I cant beleive it.

That is incredible...i knew I had lost I hoped for 8 be thrilled with 10 but bloody hell 12.4 dont forget that .4 cause that is nearly andother 1/2 kilo.

I have had a great weekend

Yesterday i didnt go to pool I pissed around to much doing begger all so was a bit tight for time...I had to be at Riccarton mall at 1pm to listen to Anika Moa promoting her new album "Love in motion" it was great to catch up with Anika and her Mum, I knew it had bbeen a while since I had seen them but gee didnt realise it was over 5 yrs.

After mall i went to Blenheim Rd warehouse meet Alan for coffee after he finished work at 3 wheich turned into a late lunch he had toasted sandwiche and I had a lovely fresh crisp green salad...cos i am trying very hard at day 4 to follow the optifast pre op diet...I want to show the surgeon i really am commited to this wrking.We wondered around the warehouse for a while got a couple things for the garden as that was on the plan for Alan this weekend is put the garden to bed for winter.

Home had a wee nana nap the up to get tea ready Ngaire came around and we had a lovely evening. I had tomato, portobello mushroom and green pepper in the goerge foreman and steamed bok choy carrot and corguettes also did corn on cob and sausages for ngaire and alan.

Ngaire went home about 9.30 a lovely day.

Today i went to the pool this morning got back about 11 had a cuppa and some diet jelly was feeling a bit peekish. Folded a mountain of laundry. Made a lovely salad for lunch-meslin mix, carrot, sp onion, tomatoe,mint,avocardo (still not sure this is allowed but tough) added cucumber ,boiled egg and cheese cubes to alan's so hard not to pop some of cheese in my mouth but I didnt and pleased with myself.

This afternoon I just bummed around making a mess unpacking shit, then about 2.30 I got this wave of oh my god i am so tired so wnet for a lie down and u guessed it house like a pit and we got visitors Alan sister and brother in law from Ashburton I could have crawled under the bed and died. Got up made a cuppa ( I am drinking black tea cause cant drink black coffee and not allowed milk) showed Andrea some of my new clothes she had been to TS 14 bought cardi and tunic very nice but no I not off there tomorrow to buy same. After they left I cleared up my mess and got tea. Alan finished off the lawns what he done looks neat he was disapointed he didnt get as much as he had planned done. Tea was mushrooms in balsamic vinegar and my oil allowance, steamed carrots and silver beet and cooked tomatoe as weird as it sounds it actually was yummy. having some diet jelly now although not hungrey seem to wake about 1am hungrey so working on beating that hunger.

Pool at 8am again tomorrow meeting Gabby there (new friend from around corner she has her surgery on Thursday with the surgeon I hope to have) and Ngaire will pick me up. My brothers birthday tomorrow so guess will c him some part of it. Have a meeting tomorrow night so will be early tea I guess.

Yesterday I rung another surgeon here in Chch and spoke to them for some considerable time and he cant see y i cant have the surgery...I have an official appointment on the 20th and am hanging out for that day I can tell you. Will take all results of breathing tests and chest xray and also my peakflow reading fr these last few weeks.

In the meanwhile i have started the Optifast pre surgery diet, in hopes this will show him I am keen as mustard and hopefully he will say ok and do it soon cause I am prepared wouldnt it be fantastic if it was still by end of month...would be so funny if it was 10th May cause that is the day I started my original journey way back in 2000...10 yrs later I weigh the same friggen weight how bloody depressing is that.

Yesterday I went and picked up my laybys from K&K and Ts14+ no idea why I bothered putting them on layby as it happens. As I stepped on the escalator at the Mall my knee went out on me and down I went scrapped all back of my left leg and bruised my bum and my pride...shock me up a bit, girls in TS were great made me sit down and got me water checking up if I was ok etc. But thrilled with my coat etc so worth the topple.

Going to Mall on Saturday to listen to ANika Moa sing promoting her new album.

Been to the pool 3 times this week loving it after all that is one of the things I said I would do when I moved up here and QE2 is only 5 mins away.

Had my optifast so off now to cook the veges for tea. Vege Ratatouille

good dam early though bloody 8am...which was beaut and it only cost $2 with ya community services card at that hour BUT I havent been up at 6 in ages...by time I got my shit together. I tried having a smoothy with optifast but my berries were still frozen and blender wouldnt prcess them so went with out breakfast not a good move cause was hungrey when we finished (aqua jogging 30mins spa 30 mins oh that was nice then we wnet in the steam room for couple minutes-thought it was going to be to much at first but then got use to it but could minutes was all needed for a first time) and all for $2-cant beat that.
Took my friend Ngarie today she chickened out yesterday very shy and self consious of her body is our Ngaire. But she came today and LOVED it. and we are going again tomorrow.

About to swollow my first drink of Optifast hhmmm I have put some mixed berries in it so hope that will drown the taste.

Going over to Riccarton today to pick up the clothes I put on layby at TS14 and KandK last week dnt know why I just didnt pay for them on the day...as It is exactly the same money I am using to pay them now

Got a meeting tonight so will be after 9.30 b4 we are home so I will take Alan's tea with me and he can eat it when I pick him up...last week it was like 10.30 b4

back later gotta take alan back to work...optifast is horrid as I suspected taste just like that bloody god awful herbalife shite I had 100 rs ago but if it means I am going to have surgery then I will persivere

as I was re reading what I wrote it dawned on me

50 years it has taken but I just had a light bulb moment

'treats dont have to be food' dah some people are a bit slow on the learning huh.

I didnt eat any chocolate all oer easter, baked with chocolate-only bought thick aand chunky rather than buttons cause would be to easy to fall into the bag when I went in pantry. gave the 2 bits not used to Alan. Was Chocolate easter things all weekend but not a scrap passed my lips.

Yesterday I went to Farmers and bought 6 nice coffee mugs (I had been out last week and given a coffee in same cups and liked them she had got them from farmers...went and got sum on sale) $2 each so got 6 and as I was pushing the eftpos machine decided this is my easter treat...non food treat the light bulb moment.

Off to the pool this afternoon with 2 friends so we can speer each other on then a spa...yeah

At 4 I am going to the doctor...if my chest is so bad I cant have surgery then I want something done about it. I am also going to get a referal to Dunedin for private surgery...not leaving all my eggs in one basket this time. Hamiltong referral has been sent so hope to hear very soon from there.

I also have an appointment on Tuesday with a nutritionist...Lea Stening. I went and listened to her talk a million years ago and I was enthrauled with wat she had to say and have still even retained some of it over the time...so I thought hey I want to talk to a dietiacan or the likes why not someone I actually enjoyed listeneing too $250 for 5 sessions (one I priced was $300 each session so I know which I like)

ok washing machine has finished been grey and drizzly for couple days so nice that we have sun today and the line is buldging more needs doing but would like to get this dry then hope fore another fine day tomorrow

When Alan got home from wrk we turned off the computers, cell phones and landline and just spent the time together NO INTURUPTIONS...we didnt do much but it was nice all the same. Then in evening after a simple tea( well simple for him he watched but I alwys think toasted sandwiches are harder wrk that a big meal cause they r so fiddly and u have to stand over them all the time) we then watch a couple of DVD. I had been given The Topp Twizns movie in Jan for my brthday and hadnt watch it so that was good to see the other was The Cronicles of Raddick definately a boy flick but enjoyed it in parts...was just nice to watch togtehter.

Food yesterday was ok (nibbled a few bits of baking) but all up pretty good and much better than I had been.

Today we have Brooke and my girlfriends daughter (they r shifting) so will be a fun day listening to little girl chatter and laughter..we were going to have a picnic but at present is very cool so maybe an inside picnic and Dumbo on video perhaps.

I also went to Farmers and got the most cute fish plates(in pic of dinner) and 2 nice smokky black glasses for my optifast shakes and from a little boutique kitchen shop red cup and saucer for my coffee (long black cup)

Also got a set of 3 funky silver dangly earings

So I have a great day shopping and spoiling myself.

had a phone call this afternoon from surgeon's(Mr Kelly) PA and she had some reasuring news.
Mr Kelly suggests I see another surgeon...I said that was the way I was thinking and could he refer me to David Schroder in Hamilton so that is how it is looking.

Some of you had already worked it out I was heading for weight loss surgery.

I went to see the surgeon etc and he wanted me to have breathing test etc and the out come of it is...my lung is not able to cope with a huge operation like this so the brunt of it is...no surgery.

had an awesome day yesterday.

2 friends and I meet at Riccarton Mall, I paid 100 of my layby at TS14 and then bought another $120 of sale items ggrrr I cant stop...but the pants were gorgoeus pin stripe fabric with a pink stripe on grey button detail at hem and stretch fabric elastic waist loook so comfy also got a long line tank thing in the bright pink to wear with them....I am going to look so hot next summer going to have to change clothes every hour of the day to get to wear them all though heheheh.

I MUST STOP BUYING.

I didn't get my boots they didnt go near my hideously fat calves so will just keep wearing the onse I have, but b4 I do again I will get the heels fixed where I have walked over on them that will be so much more comfy.

We then went over to Merivale mall to a Style workshop what shape are you what to wear for your shape-it was fantastic and so interesting. Stephanie Rumble was the presenter she is a personal stylist based here in Chch of course she is a size 10 but still extremely interesting....I laughed she was saying hour she was doing a wardrobe audit for a lady it took 10 hours heheh she hasnt seen mine has she would take a week for mine. Go back today and it is colours tomorrow is accesories and that will be nice cause hey at any size u can get fancy rings scarves or bags to fancy up ya black on black on black heheh not that I am wearing much black these days.

then this afternoon I have an apoointment with the specialist which will change my life for ever either way what he has to say but I haope it is good news...will report on that later.

but for now I BEST GET MOVING I didnt get anything done yesterday just up and off and home at 6.30 intime to cook tea so best do some chores b4 I leave today...also want to plant out some bedding plants I bought other day...so best get moving.

I have had such a great week

Monday; tests at hospital (so that wasnt so great) and visited a friend who is in hospital

Tuesday; Lunch with my friend Ngaire, then went to lawyer signed my will. had flu vac and then went to Brighton had a look around the shops there not much left to bother looking at really and to think Brighton use to be humming b4 saturday trading took off.

Wednesday; Funeral (again not so great but also nice to catch up with family I havent seen since proabably the last funeral). On way home called into Classic Clothing and bought a lovely charcoal fine knit tunic and red top and couple scrummy scarves I am going to look so hot this winter.

Thursday; cleaned house and ironing a must unfortunatly with all these new clothes. went to beautican got face waxed feel less like a werewolf, then I Shopped for winter clothes for step daughter she will be warm and cosy and cute cant wait to see the smile on her face tomorrow when I show her all her lovely stuff.

today; cleaned house again why doesnt it stay clean then meet Margaret(fellow blogger) for lunch yummy and great conversation and even had a wine tasty. Then I went over to my aunties and picked up a couple things she had for Mum. Then at 5 meet another blogger Paula for coffee nattered till well ffter 6 shot to supermarket got few supplies for tea forgot milk for me but should be enough for breakfast coffee then home to cook a scrummy steak, mushrooms, roaster tatties, onions and egg meal...yum yum yum

Tomorrow after Alan finishes work we are off to Twizel for the night-sort out some crap that went on down there after house sold. Taking Brooke with us to see Grandma Margaret etc b4 the winter. Home again Sunday so a very quick trip.

Monday hopefull a day of rest.

well since Tuesday I have been vomitting and etc (you need no more info on that) and felt reall rough still very whoozy and quick to move if I need the bathroom i can tell you.

Cold wet and raining today and yesterday so decided not to go out yesterday but need to go today...have some guide biscuits to pick up and got visit my girlfriend who has just moved to Chch from Oamaru I have talked about Ngaire b4 she us to live in Palmerston Nth moved back dwn south to be closer to her family...anyways she moved to chch this week...will be great to have her close.

to night I am off to Busting Out with some old Twizel friends sould be a real blast.

but before that at 6pm I have to be at riccarton Mall TS14 have a xpo of there autumn collection I went on Monday so know what I am after and want to put on layby... a blouse and vest

also will get one of those crushed cardy/shrug things in black to go with a top I bought at ts last month it is sleeveless and I wnat something to cover the ugly arms.

Had for a chest xray this afternoon and have breathing test on Tuesday morning.

Tomorrow afternoon I am having coffee with a group of ladies at Northlands...we chat on the web.

Saturday and Sunday we have Brooke plan to take her swimming on Sunday and to the beach to play in the sand on Saturday

Monday night my friend from Oamaru is moving to Chch so staying here a couple nights before her flat is ready.

Tuesday night have a linen unit meeting. Have a lady coming with me she is keen to become a consultant, how great is that.

Friday 2 friends and there hubbies and I are going to Busting Out-should be a giggle.

family reunion in Westport was fantastic-awesome to see my family. Weather was AWESOME we had a bueat visit to my grand parents old farm...not much of wat once was actually all that was left was a LARGE camelia tree, then we went back to my aunties and we loaded up our cars for beach picnic. We had yummy lunch then dwn to the water for a paddle and the kids and men had a game of cricket on the sand fun to watch. Later we went back to our accomodation had a rest and shower etc. Out for dinner at 6.30 beautiful meal smoreborg and eat to much oh what a surprise there. We then went back to my aunties for coffee and cake and lots of reminising(sp). AFolded up about 11. We had to be out of accomodation by 10 as standard but part of the celebrtations was church serive at 9.30 I was late. After church was a visit to the cemetry-then on to my cousins for lunch and more catching up and family chatter.

i had planned to go home Sunday afternoon but changed my mind so stayed till Tuesday and my 2 brothers went home in my car. Nice to have a relaxed day on Monday we did go dwn the street shopping-I had bought a beautiful vase and mum wanted to go to same shop to buy a gift for her neighbour who was looking after watering the garden and feeding chooks etc. But when we got there they were closed for 10 minutes while doing deliveries (it was a florist as well as gift shop) so we wondered a long streeet a couple of shops and came to postie fashions...they had a sale on Mum bought a couple things and I bought some more trousers I know I have enough clothes to set up my own clothing shop but they were on sale 1/2 price so dwn to $15 then buy 1 get 1 free so 2 pr trousers for 7.50 each how good is that...both are size 18 for next summer.

We (Mum Dad and my Chch auntie and I) travelled back to Chch on Tuesday it was bloody hot I can tell you and I got travel sick havent been car sick in a hundred years and felt like shit to be honest. Alan picked me up from Aunty Phyl and he had a doctors appointment while I was aawy he was vomittin etc and didnt seem to want to stop turns out food poisoning from dodgy chciken pizza. Also suspected he might have had a heart attack. so ecg and bloods and chance of an ambulance turnign up if results were differnet(a precaution as he has already had heart attack) it wasnt thank god. left doc and went to supermarket to get sum supplies bought some veges to make him some vege soup and some V 8 juice and Chi so he bought up his nutrition etc. But of course this wasnt to be as i grabbed 2 pumkins priced at 2 for $2 but when they wnt thru check out charged at $3.99 each. No says check out chick that the other pumkin at that price I said very well may be but these r the ones with the price ticket on. So after a very heated converstation with the Duty Manager and not getting my produce. I rung and laid a complaint next day and the brunt of it a voucher is in the post to purchase pumkins

This weekend was very busy Friday had a pedicure and maassage booked...have greeen toenails how cool. Sat mornign hair appointment at 11 then home pick up gear and drive out to Oxford for a wedding got there early not a good idea cause I sat in the car balling my eyes out recalling last time I seen all these people I was 50 k lighter so had a poor me moment and nearly turned around and came back home. I didnt and had a good time, bed about 4am. Stayed the night at Yvonne left about 10.30 home for a quick shower and out again to a meeting/coffee with some Chch support group I belong to a great day. Home 4.30 and whacked so had a nana nap till Alan came home from wrk...blobbed since and will be havign an ear;ly night

I took my Mum to Farmers today, she was looking for a pair of warmer weight tidy trousers incase it turns cold in weekend. We are all off to a family reunion in Westport. So we went to Farmers as I said ..well they had racks of clothes REDUCED to $20 so what could I do. But buy some heheh bought 3 pair there myself and um got a nice dressy pair best she has ever had in her life I'd say down from $100 to yeap $20...a size 20 she tried them could do with a smaller size didnt have any oh well these will do ( she has a tummy problem at mo and it blows up like a poisoned pup so good for those times. I then took her to the Cathlic Chapel in square as it is Ash wedneday how did that happen means it is only 6 wks till flippen Easter. As the chapel is just across road from Columbo St farmers I said I'd hope in and see if they had them in an 18 there...they didnt but sum how another 3 pair of trousers jumped in my bag and $60 came out of my wallet to pay for them what could a girl to do they were only $20 each some down from $100 I did get a 22 in the same as mothers cause they were pretty flash. So got 6 pairs trou and a black top which is real nice, will post photo of top tomorrow the trouser probably wont photo gragh well being black, all for $140.

What could I do afterall.

Also bought a nice dress and top for Brooke(step daughter) for $30 so had a great day.

Also after dropping Mum off I shot out to Lincoln to visit with a girlfriend she use to live in Twizel a dear friend , who I missed dreadfully when she moved up to Chch. She is very keen to become a linen consultant so we chatted about that and she is coming to a meeting next Thursday for the launch of the new releases for Feb and March and a mini home show. Also my Avon lady came around tonight to pickup her linen order and she is also interested in being a Linen consultant...so much easier than Avon a million times over. So Jenny is also coming to the meeting so may have 2 new ladies starting under my name yippee.

I also caught up with another mate who I have been trying to organise a catchup with since I moved back to Chch and we just havn't managed it so great to see her too.

then my parents came over for tea...we had a lovely vege bake and fish fillets which I whipped up licketty split when I arrived home at 6.45 Alan is due home at 7.30 and Mum and Dad where coming at 7. It was yum yum meal.

Mum and Dad leave tomorow for Westport and I am off on Friday. I have an appointment with the surgeon and then my Aunt and cousin are coming for lunch to see our new home etc,(from Westport aunt had bowel cancer surgery 19th Dec and has to come over for her check up-just what she needs as it is her that is doing most of the reunion organising, but knowing Aunty P she will just go with the flow and hardly even faize her). After lunch I'll go and pick up my 2 brothers and we'll be on our merry way to Westport too...arriving in time for first of the arranged events a dinner at my Aunts house yep u guessed it the one that is in Chch for hospital appointment...that is why Mum and dad are going a day earlier to help her other 2 daughters to get ready.

All in all a GREAT day

Sadly Alan and Brooke are no longer coming over to Westport, I was so looking forward to us having our first 'Family' holiday in the bestest place in the whole wide world.... Carters Beach, Westport. Alan had organised time off from work Friday and Sat morning shifts(back in December), his rostered days off are Sunday and Monday and then they renegged on the Sat cause they couldn't get a driver to fill his shift we are all very pissed off.

Right it is now 10.45 I have been posting this for wat seems like hours and it is time for bed. I have a big day tomorrow and still havnt packed wonder what I will find to take with me hehehe.

I just emptied out my wardrobe and draws and this is the pile of clothes...this is excluding my knit clothes under clothes and jackets and coats also doesnt include the new clothes I bought in Aussie, or the 4 large boxes of clothes I have in the spare room that are listed on trademe. And guess wat I just no sooner took this photo and a courier arrived with the order I got from aussie when I got home last week I went online and got some more stuff...2 tops and 2 prs
of slacks.

Now the task is to weed out all the old crappy clothes that I have been wearing move my good clothes to casual wear and make room for the good and casual clothes i have bought recently and the new Felicity is about to imerge.

I had a MARVELLOUS time in Melbourne weather wasnt as hot as last year but still pretty warm, I only ventured out twice in the daytime ... mind you did mange to do a heap of damage to my bank balance in that time. Spend well in excess of $1000 on clothes for ME. will post some picks later...but if u r looking for nice clothes I found a heavanly place called Autographs and thye have online purchases there them is "its all about you" and I made sure that was the case.

I spent A$5oo there and since being back another 280 online. some REALLY nice stuff. I also went to Target got several tidy every day tops and Myers for some TS14 got an awesome out fit there wore it Sat night (a wee bit snug but that will soon change)

this with a green lycra top under and black pant(also bought the black and plum tops to go with it too) because I have a TS14 card although dudnt have it with me I got 30% discount of each item beacuse I got 4 or more. This will be good for at least 30 or more kilos off so whacky doo.

I have thrown out all my grotty polo shirts I have been wearing with hideous rubbung and marks on them, I have also thrown out a supermarket bag of other crappy clothes I dnt need them I might show u all the pile of clothes I have one day I need to make some wardrobe changes might do that on Monday.

The conference was excellent and I learnt heaps. If you ever get the chance to listen to Mary Christiansen as a motivational speaker she is incredible. The launch of the new releases for 2010 was incredible some absolutely glorious STUFF. Cant wait for my kit updates to arrive.

dnt know y I am so flippen tired...well yes I do dragging this extra weight trying to do the things I was doing 6mths ago b4 I got sick, and my knees and varicos viens are constantly throbbing usually wake me thru the night which of course is another reason for being so tired. Had hoped once house has sold I would get some sleep...well actually when i think about it it's not that I am not sleeping it just that I am always so sore and tired.

Had a lovely day today Alan was off wrk, which is very unusal for him to have a day of mid week so we had a lazy morning well doing those silly around house things that need doing although if u could see my lounge u would wonder what I had been doing. We decided to redeem a voucher for a meal that I got for my birthday at Montieths Reastuarant in Avonhead village...highly recomend it beautiful meal...would have loved a deserrt but just was so stuffed a pudding would have spoilt it. Tehn Alan went out to pokies with $20 last time we did the pokies was January 2009 so not like it is a habit but might become one we won 800 on pokies jan 9 and blow me if he didnt hit the jackpot today $900 thank you. He gave me 300 for my aussie trip so have already been and turned it into Aussie money so cant spend it. Pays to shop around I priced Aud at National bank $12 commission and only $7 at post shop

been a good day for most part

I am extremely tired bt that is just cause I dnt think I have stopped since before Christmas...took me all my time to get out of bed today. bummed around doing all those things that just get done rung a girlfriend and nattered to her for about an hour it was a lovely fine day which was great cause I had SO much washing the line was buckled under the weight and as much again tomorrow.

had a house full of people over weekend in one form or another....Friday night had Anthony and his partner and my grand daughter staying also had my partner daughter so gr/daughter and step daughter had a great time. But as well for tea had my parents and 2 brothers and niece and nephew 4 and 6 so our poor WEE flat was very noisy.

Sarah just wasnt geting in the bath but she was happy to drown poor Brooke cute all the same

I took Anthony and family to plane at 4.30 5ish Satuday morning and back home to bed for couple of hours. Had a linen party on the Saturday afternoon so took step daughter with me and her dad picked her up when he finished work and 3pm...she is a good kid and took her lunch with her and she sat up at table...good party. Headed over to aunties after then home about 7.

Sunday Alan worked so he txt me did i want to meet him at 2.22 and come out on his bus route with him so I meet him and got home again just after 7 cooked tuna bake for tea...but after 8 when we ate again then sat on bum for the night another several pounds on the bum.

back to today I have been having trouble with the ignition of my mighty rav and today it just wouldnt start so a big truck came and took it away a sad sight watching it housted up by its back legs and slung on a truck dragged down the street to be fixed. I had it booked in for some repairs and TLC a day spa for a mighty Rav but not till Feb when my house money comes thru so not sure if it will be off road till then could get by but be a pain...will take Alan to wrk tomorrow morning and have his car for the day ick that means a 5.30 start.

Sale on house has been confirmed...it has all gone thru, take over date is 1 Feb.

Huge load off but sad time too...I am going to make the most of this oppurtunity to go forward in life and look out world Felicity is on a come back.

Got loads to do today some I had arrnged for today so as I was busy waiting till 4pm came when I was to hear sale confirmation. hope once house has gone thru and all that is behind me I light be able to sleep better...things are looking up though it is payday today and I still had about $8 in my purse from last week been so long since that has been the case I can tell you. Confirmation date tomorrow it is sounding like it is a forgone conclusion but I am still expecting something to go wrong.

Going to be a busy day so hope that will help keep my mind off it all, meeting my cousin for lunch at 12. She will be in Chch for an appointment she lives in Blenheim so will be good to catch up. Then I pick up Brooke at 4.30 we have her for the weekend, dnt usually get her till Sat but I asked if we could have her earlier because Sarah is suppose to be here Friday night and will be nice for them to spend some more time togehter. Sarah, my grand daughter and her family head back to Sydney on Saturday been here 2 weeks but I seen so little of them...again my grand daughter hasnt a clue who I am. Very sad in Twizel on Sunday when she said to her Mum tell that lady to go away that lady wat a kick in the teeth that was. Then yesterday I was talking to a friend, her grandson is same age as Sarah, and they see a huge amount of there grand children and she was telling me how she surprised them with a visit on Sunday and the responce she got from her grandson...I cried. oh well that is how it will be...I am going to suggest to Anthony that we have a little more contact...after all he can find time to ring his half sister on Christmas day but not his mother.

Working this afternoon with a linen party hope it a little better than yesterday no one turned up I truely think the host didnt invite anyone but ya get that sometimes.

I am off to Melbourne on 4th Feb for a 4 day conference with my linen. Now I will have some money it will be so much more enjoyable...not that I will be able to go crazy buying stuff but at least I will be able to eat the 2 days the confernence doesnt provide food and I might even be able to buy a bottle of wine this year instead of sitting there like a stuffed mallet while everyone else was enjoying the bubbles like last year cause I was out of money. Mind you it didnt help that I left my credit card at home that I had loaded with a 1000 dollars.

I do want to buy a pr of white pants and red top from mysize shopalthough looking online to get this pic cant see it on there web site so I will be narked if cant get it. I want to wear to the bbq on the sunday of the conference.

Right there is the washing machine finished and it is now light enough to hang out so will get to that and start the day.

Didnt get my asking price but didnt go below my bottom price either...I knew if I didnt accept it the next step was the bank would sell it and I'd have got nothing and still owe heap to shit loads of ppl as i have been living on credit basically for 12 months. Goes unconditional on 22nd Jan and possession is 1st Feb, only conditions of sale are lim report so that won't be an issue all the alterations have been done with consents etc. I am stoked I am a little sad at same time as I love my little house but I can now move on and I have big planns for me and improving my health.

I am heading to Twizel today got a linen party in Ashburton so heading Twizel after (have a party on Sunday in Twizel) but most exciting I will get to have a wee visit with my grand daughter...spoke to her on the phone on thursday afternoon she is 2 and 1/2 and that is first time I have ever talked to her on a phone. How sad is that. I have been introduced to Angelina Bellarina never heard of her a wee mouse that has a ballet dress...cute as a button I did a little bit of research on computer good old google. As I finished the call I said see ya later aligater...and she came back with in a while crocodile in her little aussie kiwi irish twang so cute makes me tear up now just thinking about it...I so miss that girl how can ya miss something u have never had.

I Have a contract of sale for the house bloody exciting...not going to accept it will counter offer as you do but I am stocked...it is only subject to LIM reports and the usual building inspection.

The best birthday present I could have hoped for.

Had a lovely lunch on Friday with a mate from Invercagill she was in Chch for a couple of days but couldnt stay till Sat...was great to catch up

BBQ was great s HUGE day filled of up and down emotions. Several of the things I had organised for party didnt arrive on time so very annoying and waste of dollars. My son and grand daughter were flying over from Sydney but there plane was delayed several hours and we were begining to wonder if they would make it at all. But in the end it was a FANTASTIC night...some lovely gifts got 2 gorgeous bunches of flowers photo of one of them

Had few kiddies here so Brooke, Alan daughter and Sarah my grand daughter finally got to meet they played together great....I didnt get any photos of them playing but it was neat to see them all chuming up.

We had no family arguements all bull shit that seems to usually spoil our family gatherings I remember my 21st ended in a food fight and blood then one of the guest rung the cops and dobbed my cousin in for drinking and driving. it turned very nasty. Not to mention many a Christmas ruined by family crap. So a pleasant time and some neat memories.

Folded up about 11 which was plenty late enough for this old woman...half a centery u know. Actually my knees were very painfull and my feet and ankles felt like they wanted to explode with the swelling I was pleased to plonk into bed...well untiil I woke at 3.30 and lay on the couch in the cool remembering and enjoying the evening over again.

this is going to be a Christmas post so thought I'd do it today while I am feeling not to bad.

Just been and had a coffee and catch up with a fello blogger great catching up. Then I went for a wander thru the Palms mall here in Shirley (a small mall compared to most but manic enough for me thank you) managed to get a nice summer dress for $20 at millers...of course it will need to be altered to fit me but still it had been reduced from $50 and should be easy enough to add a panel and still look tidy enough I am so over cookinng in this horrid heat. Also got a nice blouse for Mum for Christmas.

Yesterday went and meet another blogging /facebook friend we have been communicating for a long time but first time we could jell a meeting up...was neat to finally meet. And as i thought a lovely lady and hope we can catch up again soon in the new year.

This afternoon I had to pop around to pick up a trade me item I won wow when u think about it that was for me too wow a $7 blouse how selfish is that 2 things in one day. I past a house that was havign an Avon sale so called in...wouldnt actuall say it was a sale so much as a lot of avon for sale but anyways I have been hunting hi and low for sum bubble bath for Brooke (3 yr old step daughter) with no luck at all...seems girlie bubble bath is a thing of the past. Stock standard stocking filler when Anthony was a kid. So anyway she had some of the lavender BB so grabbed a bottle and went to 4 stores to get sum flippen Dora stickers and stuck them on bottle and Miss muffit will love her Dora bubbles.

Went to the doc this morning my bloods I had earlier in week were all borderline so need to improve my health...small steps drink more water, 3 20min walks a day, and eat some vegetables all things that were every day accurances and now few and far bettween so any of you can harrass me constantly about the 3. I go back early Feb and she wants some weight off shem isnt the only one I am so over this blob of a body.

Head to Timaru on Monday for a wee op at Tim hospital well that is if it isnt changed AGAIN this is the 4th date i have had. Nothing serious just a Merina inserted had one for a couple years and we tried it without see if flooding etc had stopped it hadnt so back goes another one.

Alan dad has been in hospital for 3 weeks had a fall so being held for observation etc think he is convinced a home would be better. His daughter took him to look at some today he was discharged from hosptial this morning I think it was a bit well u could have waited at least couple days before ya palm him off but wat am I to say. Alan had been around yesterday and mowed the lawns and aired the place out (he has 4 or those sickening automatic air freshner things in a little 1 bdrm flat and it is VERY over powering) did his washing etc I said i wasnt. and followed thru with it and didnt give in.

My Aunty had bowel cancer surgery last week so been up see her most days and the old man was in a different hospital of course so glad he home and Aunty Pat gone home today...long uncomfortable drive for her I would think to Westport hidious nrth west wind so sweltering heat all day.

well it is after 7 Alan will be home for tea soon 9 he is calling into see his old man after work so guess it will be closer to 8 b4 he gets home) just having chicken stirfry for tea so that will mena some veges huh even if only horrid frozen ones. and rice I think but best make a start so it ready when he get in the door so late for eating as it is.

My diet for a week has been instant pudding or jelly did have spagetti once but think it was the tomatoe base made the tooth worse

things are still the same in my home life

my world has come tumbling down

Friday the 13th FUCK I'll say
yesterday friday I found some pretty icky emails and stuf on my partners computer
I confronted him about it Saturday after I came home from a linen party

yeah I wanted to get caught saves me finishing it, was his reply, cowards way I know

the brunt of it is he has been email this chick sending her some expilcide 'stuff'

I feel sick in the stomach, we had a huge argument, turns out I should be working-my fucken stupid linen is a joke, and my listings on trade me a waste of time... funny how this has been bread and butter on the table for over 6weeks

I have cried buckets
I have drunk a bottle of wine (bought for a celebration when I sell the house...wat a fucken joke that is)
I have walked to the lake at end of drive and thought horrid thoughts
but what I havent been able to do is work out wat the FUCK i do from here

I am in debt to the eyeballs nasty debr collecters letters on a daily basic

I have fuck all income
I am stuffed body/health wise
I have no where to go
I am FUCKED

AND I AM OUT OF BLOODY WINE

2am cant go to bed how can I it is óur'bed there is no longer and 'our'

sleep if that is what it is called after a bttle wine..I am going to regret that bttle later but it has dulled the pain just now.

I meet a fellow blogger on Sat for coffee we chatted for several hours think this friendship might grow. Also meet a new linen consultant who we seem to have clicked so will see where that goes too. Both live in this area so how good is that.

have a linen meeting on Sunday with the launch of the January sale etc so that will be exciting.

I have booked my airfares and accomodation for Melbourne in Feb, for linen Conference, so god lets hope the house sells SOON

on the house sale front NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has happened with the agent I had she showed 1 person thru no interest at all funny thing the other company have sold over 10 properties in the same time i had mine listed and one house was listed one day and signed up and sold 2 days later so bull there are poeple out there wanting to buy. So I have taken house off there books and listed with another agent this person had contacted me 3 times while house was listed exclucive so couldnt do anything but hope it goes real quick have dropped my price too sadly but if I dnt do sumthing soon the bank will forclose not to mention all the other bills I have I may come out with 10grand but better that than bankrupt. Have an open home on weekend.

so if u know anyone who knows anyone who wants a home in Twizel I know where there is a nice 3 bdroom house just waiting for them to move into.

When I had coffe on Saturday we talked about weight loss and changes to make to foods etc so have made a few wee changes had slipped back into some real BAD habits I need and want to get this weight off.

That being said I went to hospital on Friday to see specailist (I am mending have medication change and some more physio so all in all he was pleased with me Not aloud to go scuba diving drat just wat I wanted to do) I got on hospital scale and I havent gained quite as much as I thought I had but still back up to 146.8k and that is a gain of over 20k and not acceptable.

I have decided to do a 6 k walk in March so need to get some fitness back by then.

best get back to housewrk Alan is home at 4 today so will be nice to have him home for the evening, normally doesnt finish till 8 he is actually on his roster day of but asked to wrk extra so is doing overtime.
