That me I will be 50 on Saturday the 9th wow of course not so exciting when people suggest that is half a century but still I am looking forward to it. We are having a BBQ and a few family and friends around so weather permitting it should be a good night.

Now I best get my bum moving i have a million things to do and no sleep to fuel it all oh joy. Wish I could work out why I am not sleeping.
